Hello my friends, this page discusses the topic of end times or eschatology. As you begin to study your Bible, you will discover a large part predicted the future when it was written down. The prophecies given to me are being confirmed by the physical presence of the Holy Spirit. The Bible says in the end, God will pour out his Spirit and we will receive an increase in dreams and visions.
Of course this started at Pentecost and will end when the Lord returns. I believe, as powerful signs continue to come upon the earth, the Lord will be giving many prophecies to his Church. Of utmost importance is this link where I provide my understanding of how a soul is born again because Jesus said, unless this happens, you cannot enter the Kingdom of God: The 3Rs
No one knows the day or hour
I do not believe anyone has been given a specific day and hour of our Lord’s return but the Lord does say in Daniel 12 there will be 1,290 days and wait until the 1,335 days. These days were given to occur after the daily sacrifice has been taken away. Also, even though we do not have a specific day, Paul tells us in 1 Thessalonians 5 that we are not asleep, so that day will not catch us unaware. I have been given great insight into eschatology down to the person who will be alive when our Lord returns. Even though I am receiving the physical presence of the Holy Spirit, it is evident details are being withheld until it’s time for the Holy Spirit to reveal them. For instance, in Revelation 10 when the seven thunders speak, John is not allowed to write this down.
My end-times timeline provides an understanding of how the events surrounding the Lord’s second coming might unfold. I take different passages in the Scripture and place them where I believe they will occur on the timeline. The book of Daniel is a great place in the Bible that provides insight on the rise and fall of Mankind/Satan’s kingdoms and ultimate reign of the Lord’s kingdom on earth. The reason we can say these are Satan’s kingdoms is when he offered these to the Lord in exchange for worship, the Lord did not say you are not ruling these kingdoms.
As you read Daniel, you will notice how God only reveals the kingdoms as an image without names to Nebuchadnezzar but later reveals the kingdoms by name to Daniel. This tells you that God will always reveal more to his children than his general creation. The book never reveals the Roman empire but says it will be a raiser of taxes. The beasts used to represent the various kingdoms given to Daniel are consistent with the beast John sees in Revelation 13.
Mankind/Satan’s Kingdoms
The books of Isaiah and Ezekiel describe a new heaven and earth as well as a temple where living waters flow from the throne, but no timeline. In the book of Zechariah, we see the manner in which I believe the Lord will return a second time causing geological changes to the earth. However, we still do not have a timeline. Matthew, Mark and Luke provide similar language regarding the return of the Lord, but still do not provide a timeline. However, Matthew and Mark do provide a summary of events and what I believe to be a definite sign at the time of the end, which I will indicate on the timeline.
The sign near the end
Matthew 24: 4-14 provides a summary of events leading up to the end as verse 14 says, then the end will come. Beginning with verse 15, we see a sign to look for near the end. Matthew 24:15-31 provides another summary from the sign point with additional details to be aware of. I believe the generation that will not pass away spoken of in verse 34 is the one which will see the sign spoken of in verse 15. As previously demonstrated on my Bible Page in the Gospel of Matthew, a generation is approximately 34.5 years.
I believe it will be approximately 3 1/2 years, 1,290 or 1335 days from the sign until the Lord returns. I believe this sign refers to the same sign in Daniel 9:27, 11:31, 12:11 and 2 Thessalonians 2:4. The sign is not the destruction of the temple spoke of in Luke 21:20. The destruction of the temple in Luke is spoken of in Daniel 9:26, indicating the people of the prince who is to come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary. I believe this happened in A.D. 70 when Rome destroyed the city and temple.
Luke explains this event which the Lord refers to as Jerusalem surrounded by armies, but goes on to say Jerusalem will be trampled by Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled. Paul, in Romans 11 confirms that blindness in part has come to Israel until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in. Obviously, the fullness or times of the Gentiles have not been finished because many Gentiles, including myself, are still being saved. 1 Corinthians, 1 and 2 Thessalonians, 1 and 2 Timothy, 2 Peter, and 1 John provide passages regarding specific events surrounding the end, but do not provide any timelines. I will indicate on the diagram where I believe these passage fits on the timeline.
The sign during the final week of Daniel’s 70 weeks prophecy
The 70 weeks prophecy in Daniel 9 is not complete because the end will bring in everlasting righteousness and we are not in that state. In fact, the world is getting more and more wicked or Antichrist. Therefore, I believe we have the final week (7 years) remaining in the prophecy to fulfill everything or to seal up vision and prophecy and anoint the Most Holy. Prophecy has not been sealed up because we are still getting dreams and visions specific to the end. However, our dreams and visions, that are coming from the Lord will never conflict with Scripture. Furthermore, the Lord has not returned to rule and reign on the earth therefore, the ultimate fulfillment of this prophecy remains future. I believe the sign spoken about in Matthew 24:15 will occur in the middle of this final week (7 years).
Major Feast of the Bible
I believe the major feast in the Bible have a correlation to the Lord’s second coming. However, since the Lord’s blood is always interceding for us, the day of atonement is an eternal day. If we follow the major feast, we are waiting for the final trumpet which could happen at any annual Feast of Trumpet’s Celebration. The Feast of Tabernacles is where the Lord returns bodily and dwells with us forever. This feast is mentioned in Zechariah 14:16 and I believe this passage is referring to the 1,000 year millennial reign. The prior verse in Zechariah 14:5 says the Lord my God will come with all the saints. Below are the major feast and their time periods.
- Passover – Occurring on the 14th day of the first month of the Hebrew calendar (April). Christians interpret the fulfillment of this as Easter.
- Unleavened Bread – Occurring the 15th day of April, following Passover. Christians interpret the fulfillment of this as Communion.
- Pentecost – Occurring 50 days after Passover, also known as feast of weeks or feast of first fruits (May or June). Christians interpret this as the constant indwelling of the Holy Spirit.
- Feast of Trumpets – Occurring the 1st day of the 7th month, this begins observance of the Day of Atonement (September or October). I believe the rapture will occur at the last trumpet during this feast.
- The Day of Atonement – Occurring the 10th day of the 7th month, a day of fasting and mourning over sins, the high priest goes into the “Holy of Holies” with the blood to atone for his as well as the people sins (September or October). This is an eternal day for us because the Lord’s blood is always interceding. The Father said to the Son, you are a priest forever, according to the order of Melchizedek (Heb 7:17).
- Feast of Tabernacles – Occurring on the 15th day of the 7th month, 5 days after the Day of Atonement, last for 7 days, also called the feast of ingathering or feast of booths (September or October). This is the physical return of the Lord that we will celebrate forever (Zec 14:16). Behold, the dwelling place of God is with men (Rev 21:3).
Possible End Times Timeline
The opening of the first seal in the Revelation should start the last week (7 years) of the Daniel 70 weeks prophecy or this timeline. According to the dream I received in April of 2024 where I heard the words “It is Beginning”, I believe the first seal was opened around that time. I believe the verses below the time periods on the chart will occur during that time. However, the Holy Spirit has not confirmed any of this chart to me. At this point, all I have been given is the return of the Lord in Deborah’s lifetime.
The Revelation, A.D. 95: How is Jesus revealed?
The four horsemen of the Revelation or Apocalypse have ridden through history many times. There have been many savior type figures who deceived the people through peace (white horse) but brought war (red horse) and afterwards comes famine (black horse), death (pale horse) and the judgment of hell. Hitler was no doubt one of these figures. The book of Zechariah describes their ride during the Babylonian invasion.
The Revelation is their final ride and was written during a time of intense persecution of the church. John received the vision while banished to the island of Patmos for his faith. Some scholars believe it was written around A.D. 95. The Revelation does not indicate how long it took for John to receive the visions (Days, Months, Years, etc.). We know he had sufficient time to write down the message and for it to be delivered to the seven churches.
I provide additional narrative for each chapter below this summary. My goal is to give cross references and spiritual insights throughout the letter. Please notice how John sees the Lord operating in different roles throughout the Letter.
- Revelation 1:13 – The Lord is functioning here as the High Priest
- Revelation 2,3 – The Lord knows our works, be holy, repent if necessary, overcome
- Revelation 5:6 – The Lord is pictured as the All Powerful, All Seeing Sacrificial Lamb
- Revelation 12:5 – The Lord is the Human Child who rules all nations with a rod of iron
- Revelation 14:4 – The Lord is the Son of Man on a white cloud unleashing judgment
- Revelation 19:12 – The Lord is the Faithful and True Witness spilling his enemies blood
- Revelation 20:11 – The Lord is the Judge sitting on the Great White throne
- Revelation 22:1 – The Lord is functioning as God and Lamb throughout eternity
Chapter Summary
Chapter 1– This chapter provides the author of the letter, John, who delivers a message from the Triune God. There is encouragement of the Lord’s coming for those under persecution. We get a powerful description of our Lord functioning as high priest and walking in the midst of his church, the 7 golden candlesticks.
Chapter 2, 3 – Like the entire New Testament, the message is for the current churches as well as the churches throughout history. The Lord tells them he has authority to judge, he knows our works, we must be holy, commands us to repent if necessary and promises rewards for those who overcome sin (Rev 12:11).
Chapter 4 – We get a beautiful picture of the 4 living creatures before the throne. Ezekiel tells us these beings are Seraphim, each one has 4 faces and 6 wings. It appears each of the the 4 gospels represent one face of the living creatures. No doubt, these creatures are extremely powerful! John gives us the Lion (Matthew), the Calf (Mark), the Man (Luke) and the Eagle (John), in the same order as the gospels. We also see the 24 elders which I understand to represent the 12 Sons of Israel and 12 Apostles of the Church. These images gives us a glimpse of the magnificent Throne of God.
Chapter 5 – The Father is sitting on the throne and the Lamb receives authority to open the seals and judge the earth. After our Lord’s resurrection, he said all authority has been given to me in heaven and on earth. The worship of the creatures, myriad of angels and 24 elders are strong because they see the full cost to the Godhead to bring everything into existence as well as redeem mankind. Currently, we only see in part the cost to the Godhead.
Chapter 6 thru 9 – Throughout these chapters, we get the powerful 7 seals and 6 trumpet judgments. At the 5th trumpet, demons are released on earth to torment men for 5 months. I believe these demons will be masquerading as aliens. All who are not sealed by the Holy Spirit are tormented. It appears the seals open slow, trumpets blow faster and bowls are poured out the fastest.
Chapter 10 – The Angel with the little book and John, who I understand is a picture of believers at that time, is told to deliver the message. Obviously, John cannot deliver the message because he is locked up on Patmos. Ultimately, the sweet taste of the book in his mouth is the sweet option of paradise and the bitter taste in his stomach is the bitter option of eternal suffering.
Chapter 11 – The 2 witnesses have authority for 42 months to prophesy and their ministry commences when the beast rises. I believe the 2 witnesses will be delivering the judgments on earth which correspond to some seals, trumpets and bowls. This is similar to how Moses and Aaron delivered God’s judgments during their time. The 7th trumpet is blown and we praise the Lord for taking dominion over the earth. Remember, Satan offered this to the Lord during the temptation in the wilderness.
Chapter 12 – I understand this as a picture of Satan against the Lord and Christians throughout time. In Genesis, God put enmity between the Kingdom of God and Kingdom of Satan. His time to accuse us before God comes to an end as there is war in heaven. Michael and his holy angels kicks Satan and his fallen angels out of heaven. At this time, there is intense persecution of the woman, who I believe to be Israel and her offspring, which are Christians, because he knows his time is very short.
Chapter 13 – We get the rise of 2 Beasts, details regarding the mark and the command not to receive it. The first beast has authority along with 10 kings for 42 months. At this juncture, the world is essentially reprobate. Notice that this beast is represented by the same animals in Daniel’s dreams. Also, the mark will go on your body and be connected to the money because you will need it to buy or sell. I do not believe the mark of the beast is symbolic so please do not receive something in or permanently on your body to process a financial transaction. As long as physical money is accepted, I do not believe the mark can be implemented.
Chapter 14 – 15 – Many martyrs die, including the 144,000 and a sea of believers. We get the Lord pictured as riding on a cloud ready to unleash the bowl judgments. There is a major battle that takes place around this chapter, perhaps somewhere in the middle east.
Chapter 16 – The bowl judgments are unleased and those with the mark develop painful sores on their body. Remember, I believe the mark is physically required on your body. This verse is hard to interpret if the mark is only symbolic. Also, it appears the world will have used the mark for a while and will be convinced it is just another form of technology. Satan, the Beast and False Prophet, the Unholy Trinity, have gathered the world to fight the Lord. They are so deceived and probably think aliens are invading.
Chapter 17, 18 – These chapters provide a vivid description of the Beast, false religion and how seductive materialism appears. The worshiping of false religion or loving things of this world will ultimately cost us our souls. The Lord judges the corrupt demons as well as mankind, and we hear a final cry to come out of her, that is Babylon, my people. At this point, I am unsure if some can still be saved? Babylon is symbolic of this fallen world, the Kingdom of Satan, the Kingdom of Darkness, the Kingdom of the Beast, the Flesh, Walking in Darkness, etc. The Bible says we are in the world but not of the world. This means even though we exist in this fallen world, our heart is always with the Lord.
Chapter 19 – Praise goes up to the Lord for judging the world. Recall this was asked for by the saints under the alter when the 5th seal was opened. We get a picture of the King of Kings and Lord of Lords coming in the clouds with the saints, while the enemies are opposing.
Chapter 20 – Satan is bound in the bottomless pit, while the Beast and False Prophet are cast into the lake of fire. Afterward, the first resurrection takes place. Now even though Satan is bound we do not know if all the other demons are bound so a high ranking demon might fill the vacuum. After the 1,000 years, Satan is released for a final deception. I reject the Amillennial view which says Satan is currently bond and not able to deceive the nations. I know we have authority in the cross and can cast out demons but this does not mean Satan is bound.
After Satan is bound, I believe the rapture occurs, so my view of the rapture is Post Millennial. Paul says the dead in Christ will rise first and the text says this is the first resurrection. I do not believe the resurrection of the Old Testament saints bodies in Matthew 27 is a complete resurrection. After the 1,000 years Satan is loosed, deceives the world and they come up to attack us in Jerusalem. We are not told how long it will take Satan to gather the world in this final act of rebellion. The text says fire comes down from heaven and devours them.
Next is the great white throne judgment. All the bodies and souls not apart of the first resurrection are resurrected to this judgment. The text says anyone not found in the book of life is cast into the the lake of fire, which is the second death. Since death is thrown into the Lake of fire we cannot die anymore. I remember the Lord giving me a dream where he told me “Marvin, whoever gets in the Lake of Fire they cannot get out”. The dead will be judged according to their works, which means everyone will not receive the same level of punishment. Remember our Lord said, the servant which knew his masters will and did not do it, will receive many stripes verses the other servant.
I am unsure if the people born during the millennium will have an opportunity for salvation. However, I choose to believe every soul that receives the breath of life from God will have an opportunity to make it. Blessed is those apart of the first resurrection, over which the second death, has no power.
Chapter 21 – John see a new heaven and earth, which is the eternal state. New Jerusalem is pictured as a beautiful colorful city with no need of the sun or moon, because God’s presence provides the light. The specific dimensions and foundations of the new city are provided. I believe the dazzling description of New Jerusalem is a picture of how splendid we will be. Just think of how spectacular the wedding dress is of a bride.
Chapter 22 – The pure water of life flowing from the throne is probably a reference to the Holy Spirit and I believe some type of healing occurs throughout eternity. Access to the tree of life is restored, you recall we lost this in the garden. There is a final warning from the Lord encouraging us to continue living holy because he is coming quickly. We are told to beware of the dogs outside the city. The dogs are not a reference to little animals but all who perished. We are commanded not to change the words of this book or we will be sorry. Notice how the tree of the knowledge of good and evil in Genesis is not apart of the new creation. Our testing period ends after this age. Yes Lord! Remember, Job said after I am tried, I will come forth as gold!
Chapter 1 Insights
Introduction promises a blessing to anyone who reads and keeps the words for time is at hand. References: But the end of all things is at hand, therefore be serious and watchful in your prayers (2 Pet 4:7). Establish your hearts, for the coming of the Lord is at hand (James 5:8).
John and we must bear witness to Word of God, testimony of Jesus Christ and what we have seen. We must know your Bible, the Lord and ourself.
Greeting to the7 churches, we have been made kings and priests to God and Father. References: You also, as living stones, are being built up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood (1 Pet 2:5).
Triune God – Him who is, who was and who is to come (Father), 7 Spirits before his throne (Holy Spirit) and Jesus (Son of God). References: Then the Lord God said, behold the man has become like one of Us, to know good and evil. (Gen 3:22). Then God said, Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over earth (Gen 1:26). At the Lord’s baptism, the Triune God presents as Jesus comes out of the water, the Spirit descends like a dove, and the Father spoke (Mat 3:16). The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ (Son), and the love of God (Father) and communion of Holy Spirit (Spirit) (2 Cor 13:14).
Behold, He is coming in the clouds and everyone will see him (all living), even those who pierced him (all dead). References: For you shall see the son of man coming on the clouds with power and great glory (All 4 Gospels). Enoch the 7th from Adam testifies, I see the Lord coming with 10,000 saints to execute judgment (Jude 14). And to give you who are troubled rest with us when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven in flaming fire (2 The 1:7). For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, the voice of an archangel and trumpet of God (1 The 4:16).
I am Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End, says the Lord, the one who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty. References: Jesus has the same attributes as the Father in Revelation 4, no doubt our Lord is fully God. Also Colossians 1 says our Lord made everything and without him nothing was made.
I was in the Spirit on the Lord’s Day and heard a voice like the sound of a trumpet. References: The Lord’s Day is a reference to judgment, whether it be a local judgment or worldwide flood or ultimate judgment against all wickedness. Before the coming of the great and terrible day of the Lord (Joel 2:31). But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night (2 Pet 3:10). For you yourselves know perfectly well that the day of the Lord so comes as a thief (1 The 5:2).
Clothed with a garment down to feet and girded about the chest with a golden band. References: Our Lord is wearing the same priestly clothing as the high priest (Hebrews 4).
Hair is white like wool (Lord is eternal), eyes like fire (Fan is in His hand for judgment), feet like brass (feet tried and tempted by Satan). References: He was transfigured before them and His face shone like the sun and His clothes became as white as light (Mat 17:2). Then Jesus was led up into wilderness by the Spirit to be tempted by the devil (Mat 4:1).
Voice is the sound of many waters. Insights: The Lords voice is similar to powerful ocean waves and this could also refer to angels echoing the Lord’s voice when he speaks.
And when I saw Him, I fell at His feet like dead. But He laid His right hand on me saying do not be afraid, I am He who lives (who is), was dead (who was), and I am alive forevermore (who is to come) and have the keys to Death and Hades. Insights: Notice, our Lord has the same attributes as the Father is Revelation 1:4. References: The gospels testify to the Lord’s resurrection (Mat 28:9). Insight: The keys represent the one who can let you out. Think of death and hades as a prison for the soul.
He holds 7 stars in right hand (messengers or leaders because angels do not need to repent) walks among 7 candlesticks (The Lord is moving among his corporate church.) References: Let your candlestick/light shin before men that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven (Mat 5:16).
Chapter 2 Insights
Message to all 7 churches – Insights: Similar to how the 7 seals, trumpets, and bowls represent the complete wrath of God, the 7 churches represent the complete church throughout time. We know this because the church of Pergamos is warned about the doctrine of Balaam and Thyatira is warned concerning Jezebel. Both of these characters lived during the time of the kings so the message to these churches is for every church throughout time. I know your works, be holy, repent if necessary and listen to what the Spirit is saying to the churches. References: The Lord knows those who are His and Let everyone who names the name of Christ depart from iniquity (2 Tim 2:19). Insights: The message can encourage a believer during periods of persecution and convict during periods of material abundance, lukewarmness, etc. It definitely addressed specific things at that time. References: The parable of the Sower in Matthew 13 describes every type of life or heart just as the message to the 7 churches.
Ephesus is the loveless church and Jesus holds 7 stars, walks in midst of 7 candlesticks – message repent and do first works. References: And the foolish said to the wise, give us some of your oil, for our lamps are going out but the wise said no (Mat 25:8). For if you forgive men their trespasses your heavenly Father will also forgive you, but if you do not forgive men (Mat 6:14). Let no root of bitterness spring up into you whereby some are defiled (Heb). Because iniquity or sin will abound, the love of many will wax cold (Mat 24:12). And this is His commandment that we should believe on His Son Jesus Christ and love one another (1 John 3:23). A double minded man is uncertain in all his ways (James 1:8). Love not the world or things in it (1 John). Demas has forsaken me, having loved this present world, (2 Tim 4:9).
He who has an ear to hear, let him hear what Spirit says to the churches. References: Over the course of your life, the Lord is speaking through the Holy Spirit. If you hear His voice do not harden your heart as the children of Israel did during their wandering through the desert. (Heb 4). When the Holy Spirit comes, He will convict the world of sin, righteousness and judgment (John 16:8).
Last words – He who overcomes will have the right to eat of tree of life in the midst of Paradise of God. References: As you overcome you are eating from the tree of life. He who eats my body and drinks my blood have life (John 6). Also, throughout eternity we will eat from the tree of life which produces fruit every month (Revelation 22).
Smyrna is persecuted church and Jesus is first and last, dead and alive again – message be faithful until death to receive crown of life. References: So He said to them, you will indeed drink My cup, and be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with (Mat 20:23). But none of these things move me, nor do I count my life dear to myself, so that I may finish my race with joy (Acts 20:24). We must through many tribulations enter the kingdom of God (Acts 14:22). Yes, and all who desire to live Godly in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution (2 Tim 3:12). Paul finished the race and received a crown of life (2 Tim 4:8). Hebrews 11 tells us we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, therefore let us lay aside the sin and run this race. In this world you will have tribulation, however be of good cheer for I have overcome the world (John 16:33).
Last words – He who overcomes will not be hurt by the second death. References: And these will go off into everlasting punishment but the righteous into eternal life (Mat 25). And some will be raised to everlasting joy and some to everlasting shame and contempt (Dan 12).
Pergamos is idolatry and sexual immoral church and Jesus has sharp two-edged sword – message is repent or I will come quickly. Insights: The message given through my dream August 1, 2018 was to tell people to repent for the Lord is coming in Deborah’s lifetime. References: But I say to you that whoever looks at a woman to lust for her has already committed adultery in his heart (Mat 5:28). From that time Jesus began to preach and to say, repent for the kingdom of heaven is at hand (Mat 4:17). In those days John the Baptist came preaching in the wilderness of Judea and saying repent for the kingdom (Mat 3:1). The word of God is sharper than two-edged sword separating body, soul and spirit (Heb 4:12). You cannot continue to practice sin if His seed remains in you (1 John 3:9). Therefore, do not let sin reign in your mortal body, that you should obey it in its lusts (Rom 6:12). He who called you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct, because it is written be holy, for I am holy (1 Pet 1:15). For certain men have crept in and turned the grace of our Lord into lewdness or unholy living (Jude 4). For this is the will of God, your sanctification, that you abstain from sexual immorality (1 The 4:3).
Last words – He who overcomes I will give some of hidden manna to eat, a white stone and new name. Insights: This speaks of intimacy with the Godhead throughout all eternity. You recall the part that the manna played during the time when the children of Israel was in the wilderness. We recall our Lord saying that he is the bread of life in the gospel of John. The hidden manna means we will feast on the Lord’s presence forever.
Thyatira is idolatry and sexual immoral church, Jesus is Son of God, eyes of fire, feet of brass – message is repent or you get great tribulation. References: Then those who were in the boat came and worshipped Him, saying Truly You are the Son of God (Mat 14:33). Immediately he preached the Christ in the synagogues, that He is the Son of God (Acts 9:20).
The Lord gave Jezebel time to repent but she did not. References: The Lord is slow to anger, not willing any should perish (2 Pet 3:8). O’ faithless and perverse generation, how long shall I be with you? How long shall I bear with you? (Mat 17:17). Or do you despise the riches of His goodness, forbearance, and longsuffering, not knowing the goodness of the Lord leads you to repentance (Rom 2:4). Beloved, I beg you as sojourners and pilgrims, abstain from fleshly lusts which war against the soul (1 Pet 2:11). For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men (Rom 1:16). That you would walk worthy of God who calls you into His own kingdom and glory (1 The 2:12). For we have spent enough of our past lifetime walking in lewdness, lusts, drunkenness, revelries (1 Pet 4:3).
Last words – He who overcomes I will give power over the nations to rule them and I will give him the Morning Star. References: We will sit on thrones judging the nations during the millennial reign, afterwards, who knows. For do you not know that we will judge angels then how is it that you cannot judge things pertaining to this life (1 Cor 6). The reference to the Morning Star is to the Lord himself as he says in Revelation 22 that he is the bright and Morning Star. This means that once we receive our new bodies, the Lord can give us all of himself.
Chapter 3 Insights
Sardis is dead church, Jesus has 7 Spirits of God and 7 stars – message is strengthen what’s left and be watchful, a few remaining. References: They profess to know God, but in works they deny Him, being abominable, disobedient, and disqualified (Tit 1:16). The Lord told the crowds you are following me because you were fed. Don’t labor for food that perishes but for the food which leads to eternal life. Strive to enter the narrow gate for many will try but not be able (Mat 7)
Last words – He who overcomes shall be clothed in white garments and name not blotted out of Book of Life. References: The white garments are the righteous acts of the saints (Rev 19). This verse indicates that your name came be blotted out if you do not overcome. He who does not bear fruit is cast out (John 15).
Philadelphia is faithful church, Jesus has key of David – hold fast until I come and let no man take your reward. References: A woman from Canaan, have mercy on me, Lord, Son of David! My daughter is severely demon-possessed (Mat 15:22). The Key means I am the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6). Paul said I have finished the race, I have kept the faith (2 Tim). And I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven (our actions on earth have eternal consequences) whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven (eternal) (Mat 16:19). Work out your own salvation with fear and trembling; for it is God who works in you both to will and do (Phil 2:12).
Because you have kept my word, I will also keep you from the hour coming upon the world to test those. References: Unto Him who is able to keep you from falling and present you perfect before the presence of His Glory (Jude 24). Regarding a pre-mid-post rapture position, nothing created can separate us from the love of God, in this life or the next (Rom 8)
Last words – He who overcomes shall be a pillar in temple of God and have God’s name written on him. Insights: This speaks of our permanent state of eternal life which can never be moved once we make it there.
Laodicean is lukewarm church, Jesus is faithful and true witness – you will get vomited out, repent and open the door of your heart. References: But if that evil servant says in his heart, my master is delaying his coming and begins to eat and drink with the drunkards (Mat 24:48).
Behold I stand at the door and knock, if anyone hears and opens I will come in (The mystery of God living in us). References: Again the kingdom of heaven is like a merchant seeking beautiful pearls, who, when he had found one pearl of great price, went and sold all that he had and bought it (Mat 13:45). We must go all in for the kingdom. Many will say to Me in that day, Lord, Lord and I will say depart from me who practice lawlessness (Mat 7:22). Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find, knock and it will be opened to you (Mat 7:7). What are the riches of this mystery among us Gentiles but Christ in you, the hope of glory (Col 1:27).
I call upon you to buy gold and silver tried in the fire that your nakedness is not exposed and eye slave that you might see. References: Then the eyes of both of them were opened, and they knew they were naked and sewed fig leaves (Gen 3:7). Let them alone, they are blind leaders of the blind, if the blind leads the blind, both fall into ditch (Mat 15:14). But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroy and thieves do not break in (Mat 6:20). In a vision he has seen a man named Ananias coming in and putting his hand that he might see (Acts 9:12).
For in this we groan, earnestly desiring to be clothed with our habitation which is from heaven, if indeed, having been clothed, we shall not be found naked (2 Cor 5:2). Beware lest you fall from your own steadfastness, being led away with the error of the wicked (2 Pet 3:17).
Examine yourselves as to whether you are in the faith, test yourselves, unless indeed you are not (2 Cor 13:5). If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask (Jam 1:4). If you being evil know how to give good gifts to your children (Mat 5).
Last words – He who overcomes can sit on the Lord’s throne as He overcame and sits on the Father’s throne. References: Again, we have the challenge of overcoming sin (the lust of the flesh, lust of the eyes and pride of life 1 John). He said to Cain, sin lies at the door and it wants to master you but you must master it (Gen 4).
Chapter 4 Insights
The throne room of heaven is pictured, 4 living creatures (lion, calf, man, eagle), 24 elders on thrones (the church of Jew and Gentile), He who overcomes shall sit on My Throne as I sit on Father’s Throne. A glorious picture of God’s throne and tremendous worship. John was so blessed to see this. I was taken to the foot of the throne and saw a glow coming off it. He who sat on the throne has the appearance of a jasper and sardius stone. References: In Revelation 21, new Jerusalem’s 1st foundation is jasper and its’ 6th foundation is sardius. The four gospels represent the four faces of the living creatures because the things on earth are replicas of the things in heaven. Remember the first tabernacle given to Moses was a representative of the operation in heaven (Heb 9:23).
Lion face – gospel of Matthew, the Lord is the promised Messiah from Old Testament
Calf face – gospel of Mark, the Lord is the suffering servant in Isiah 53
Man face – gospel of Luke, for unto us a Child is born (Is 9:6), the Son of Man
Eagle face – gospel of John, for unto us a Son is given (Is 9:6), the Son of God
He has made from one blood every nation of men to dwell on the face of earth, and determined their pre-appointed times (Acts 17:26). Which was hidden from beginning of the ages, who God created all things through Jesus Christ (Eph 3:9). The prophet Ezekiel also saw a picture of the throne and 4 living creatures but not the 24 elders because the church not fully formed. The prophet Isaiah in 6:6 saw the 4 living creatures and called them seraphim, each one had 6 wings but there is no mention of the 24 elders because the church was not fully formed. I know a man in Christ who 14 years ago, whether in body or not I do not know, such a one was caught up into Paradise (2 Cor 12:1).
The 7 lamps burning before the throne are the 7 Spirits of God which I believe is a reference to Holy Spirit. References: For by Him (the Son) all things were created in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, in Him all things consist (Col 1:16). For since creation His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made (angels, man, matter Rom 1:20). Having made known to us the mystery of His will, according to His good pleasure which He purposed in Himself (Eph 1:9).
Chapter 5 Insights
John is weeping as no one is found worthy to open the scroll. References: All authority was given to the Lord after his resurrection (Mat 28:18, 1 John 5:20). Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Act 4:12).
Lamb takes the scroll sealed with 7 seals and tremendous worship breaks out. Insights: I believe the scroll with 7 seals is the complete judgment of mankind because Satan and the fallen Angels have already been judged. References: Ezekiel’s scroll was written on both sides when God judged Jerusalem with Babylon. At the transfiguration, the Father spoke, this is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. Hear Him! (Mat 17:5).
Lamb slain has 7 horns and 7 eyes, which are 7 Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth. The Lamb has all attributes of God Almighty. References: It is interesting that the Dragon in Revelation 12 (Satan) and the Beast in Revelation 13 (Antichrist) also have 7 heads. I see the heavens opened and the Son of Man standing at the right hand of God (Acts 7:56). For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily and you are complete in Him, who is the head (Col 2:9). Hebrews 4 tells us everything is naked and open before Him who we must give account. Him being delivered by the determined purpose and foreknowledge of God (God’s purpose), you took and crucified and killed (Man’s free will) (Acts 2:23).
24 elders are redeemed from every tribe, tongue, people and nation (Jew & Gentile) into one church by the Lamb’s blood to God and have been made kings and priest and shall reign on the earth. References: This refers to the 1,000-year reign in Revelation 20 and possibly throughout eternity when the Lord creates a new heaven and earth. Everyone who has this hope in Him purifies himself, just as He is pure (1 John 3:3).
Chapter 6 Insights
1st Seal opened – conquering through deception as the rider on white horse emerges, has a bow and crown but no arrows. References: This seal will start the final end-time deception. Deception has always been in the world as many false teachers have gone out into the world (1 John). This deception will culminate with blasphemous worship of Satan and Beast as once a seal is opened, it cannot be resealed and effects will get worse and worse. Jesus answered, take heed that no one deceives you for many will come in my name and will deceive many (Mat 24:4, 11). Even so you also outwardly appear righteous to men, but inside you are full of hypocrisy and lawlessness (Mat 23:28). Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves (Mat 7:15). For this reason I shall send them strong delusion that they may believe the lie (2 The). For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into apostles of Christ (2 Cor 11:13). But Pharaoh also called the wise men and sorcerers and their rods became serpents (Exo 7:11-12).
2nd Seal opened – conflict on earth as rider on red horse takes peace from the earth and brings war with a great sword. Great sword unleashed as nations of the earth arm themselves and use weapons of mass destruction (nuclear, chemical, biological, technological). References: For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom and famines, pestilences and earthquakes (Mat 24:7). For when they say, “peace and safety!” then sudden destruction comes upon them, as labor pains on a pregnant woman (1 The 5:3).
3rd Seal opened – after war comes famine and a day’s wages (denarius) can only buy a quart of wheat and barley (basic type of food substances). However, no harm comes to oil and wine so some people enjoy luxury a bit longer. Insights: After worldwide nuclear and chemical war, infrastructure is destroyed. The world cannot grow enough food or produce water therefore supply and demand (economics) kicks in and it cost a day’s wages to buy basic necessities such as bread and fresh water.
4th Seal opened – widespread death on the earth resulting in a quarter of mankind dying (approximately 1.5 billion) from the Sword (war weapons), Hunger (radiation in food supply), Death (fear, anxiety), Beasts (animals, insects, viruses, bacteria, etc.) Insights: Deaths occur over the tribulation period and most deaths are from the fallout and contaminated food and water supply. The 1st – 4th seals represent mankind pouring out their wrath on each other. The Lord’s wrath begins with 1st trumpet judgment.
5th Seal opened – cry of martyrs for God to judge. These are those who have died for their faith as persecution is great. Saints will be dying all during the tribulation for these martyrs must wait until the number is complete before final judgment. References: For the saints were given into his hand for a time, times and half a time (Dan 11, 12). Rejoice, O Gentiles, with His people for He will avenge the blood of His servants (Deu 32:43).
These were given white robes and told to wait a little longer until their fellow servants are killed. References: In Revelation 7 before the 7th seal is opened, we see a large number of martyrs from the tribulation period joining these martyrs. Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and kill you and you will be hated by all nations for My name (Mat 24:9). Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted (Mat 5:4). You have heard of the perseverance of Job and seen the end intended by the Lord that He is compassionate (Jam 5:11). And they agreed with him and when they had called for the apostles and beaten them, they commanded them not to speak in this name (Acts 5:40).
6th Seal opened – great earthquake, stars fall (comets, meteors, etc.), sky receded, great fear falls on mankind, wrath of Lamb coming. References: The 6th seal might fulfill the great war spoken of in Eze 38:19. Surely, in that day there is a great earthquake. This passage speaks about the burial of Gog for 7 months (Exe 39:11). Serpents, brood of vipers! How can you escape the condemnation of hell? (Mat 23:33).
The rich man, mighty man, every free and slave hide in mountains and say great day of His wrath has come and who can stand. References: But Jesus looked at them and said to them, with men this is impossible but with God all things are possible (Mat 19:26). For there is nothing covered that will not be revealed, and hidden that will not be known (Mat 10:26). Brood of vipers! Who warned you to flee from the wrath to come? Therefore, bear fruits worthy of repentance (Mat 3:7). Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men (2 Cor 5:11). Do not fear those who only kill the body but rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. (Mat 10:28). Now as he reasoned about righteousness, self-control, and the judgement to come, Felix was afraid (Acts 24:25). Who is able to stand in the day of judgment? Ephesians 6:14 says we can only stand in the armor of God. Wait for His Son from heaven, whom He raised from the dead, Jesus who delivers us from the wrath to come (1 The 1:10). We know that whole creation is crying out to be released from the curse (Romans 2).
Chapter 7 Insights
Judgment preparation – 4 Angles prepared to judge and have stopped the wind from blowing, which is disastrous once the wind stops blowing, 144,000 are sealed in their foreheads from 12 tribes of Israel. References: This is probably a reference to all believers being saved during this time, definitely including ethnic jews. The reason I believe this is because in Revelation 9 when the 5th trumpet sounds, the spirits from the pit are directed not to harm those sealed in their foreheads. This protection is for all Christians alive at this time. Even so then, at this present time there is a remnant according to the election of grace (Rom 11:5). And they also, if they do not continue in unbelief, will be grafted in, for God is able to graft them in again (Rom 11:23).
Great multitude before throne – many martyrs during the tribulation, no more hunger, thirst, sun burning. Their robes are made white in the blood of the Lamb. References: Nothing can remove the stain of sin except the sacrificial blood of our Lord (Hebrews 10:4). For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son (Rom 8:29).
Chapter 8 Insights
7th Seal opened – silence in heaven about half an hour. This is the calm before more judgment, which gives people more time to repent. References: Come out of her my people and do not partake of her sins (Rev 18). Touch not the unclean thing and I will receive you (2 Cor 6).
Angels are gathering our prayers and they ascend before the Lord as smoke. As we pray on earth our prayers are gathered by the angel and placed in the sensor, along with incense, and they ascend to God from the angel hands. Our prayers on earth are a sweet smelling aroma in heaven . No doubt we are praying for repentance and judgment. References: Then Noah built an altar to the Lord and took of every clean animal and of every clean bird and offered burnt offerings and the Lord smelled a soothing aroma. Then the Lord said in His heart, I will never again curse the earth for man’s sake (Gen 8:20). For we are to God the fragrance of Christ among those who are being saved and among those who are perishing. To the one we are the aroma of death leading to death, and to the other the aroma of life leading to life (2 Cor 2:15).
Angel fills the sensor, where our prayers are, with fire and executes judgment by slamming it into the earth. References: This is probably a meteor hitting the earth. This seal commences the 7 Angels carrying out 7 trumpets judgment. The Lord poured out the Holy Spirit beginning at Pentecost (Acts 2:17) and now it’s time for the Lord to pour out His judgment.
1st Angel sounded – a third of vegetation is destroyed by hail, fire and blood. Judgment using nature & nuclear fallout.
2nd Angel sounded – a third part of the sea (salt water) is poisoned, a third of marine life and ships are destroyed by a mountain of fire (asteroid or meteor).
3rd Angel sounded – a third part of the rivers (fresh water) is poisoned and many men died. A great star burning as a torch (comet). The star is called Wormwood which means bitterness.
4th Angel sounded – a third part of the sun, moon and stars struck. References: Perhaps the rotation of the earth is speeding up due to these cataclysmic judgments. Unless the days were shortened, no flesh would be saved (Mat 24:22).
Angel flying in the midst of heaven giving a warning of the other trumpets about to blow. This is another call to repentance before more judgment.
Chapter 9 Insights
5th Angel sounded – I saw a star fall from heaven and to him was given the key to the bottomless pit, demons are released upon earth to torment men for 5 months. References: I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven (Luke 10). This might be a result of man digging into the depths of the earth causing these supernatural beings to be unleased. The demons will look human (man’s faces) and men will not be able to die during this judgment. I saw some of these beings when I went down to hell in April 2017 and the releasing of them in my dream on May 2018.
6th Angel sounded – 4 Angels bound at the river Euphrates are released to kill a third of mankind. References: The 5-month torment period is over and now many men die. Unless those days were shortened no flesh would be saved, for elect’s sake those days will be shortened (Mat 24:22). The 4 Angels appear to be extremely power demonic beings who are leading the 200 million horseman army. For if God did not spare the angels who sinned, but cast them down reserved for judgment (2 Pet 2:4). The 200 million horseman army could be a combination of demons, Nephilim (Gen 6:1) and mankind who are ready for destruction. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood but against principalities and wickedness in the heavenly realm (Eph 6)
No repentance of murders, sorceries (drug use), fornication (sexual immorality) nor thefts (exploitation of people)
Chapter 10 Insights
Strong Angel descends proclaiming time will be no more with a little book, 7 thunders spoke and John was directed not to write these words down. The Angel attributes, clothed with cloud, rainbow on head, face like sun, feet like pillar of fire. These qualities are very similar to the Lords in Revelation 1. The Angel sets one foot on land and one on sea, which indicates the enormous size of this being and announces judgment over the entire earth.
John eats the little book (judgment), it is sweet in his mouth (salvation message) and bitter in his stomach (eternal judgment). References: O My Father, if this cup cannot pass away from Me unless I drink it, Your will be done (Mat 26:42). Then he who had received the five talents went and traded with them, made another five talents (Mat 25:16). Therefore go into the highways, and as many as you find, invite to the wedding (Mat 22:9). The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few, therefore pray the Lord to send out laborers (Mat 9:37). To whom I now send you to turn them from darkness to light, and from power of Satan to God (Acts 26:18). Be of good cheer Paul, you have testified for Me in Jerusalem, you must also bear witness at Rome (Acts 23:11). Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, perceived they were uneducated they marveled (Acts 4:13). Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you know how to answer each other (Col 4:6). Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us, be reconciled (2 Cor 5:20). And I will very gladly spend and be spent for your souls (2 Cor 12:15). Therefore to you who believe, He is precious but to those disobedient, a stone of stumbling (1 Pet 2:7).
Chapter 11 Insights
Measure Temple – measurements are detailed so this appears to be a physical structure. References: Do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Cor 6). Our bodies being the temple of the Holy Spirit is definitely different from this temple John sees. Who opposes and exalts himself above God, so that he sits as God in temple of God, showing he is God (2 The 2:4)
Temple Outer Court – leave out this because it has been given to the nations. Insights: This might be a reference to dome of the rock or other religious sites outside the future temple.
Nations Authority over Jerusalem – 42 months to tread, while 2 witnesses (prophets) authority to prophecy 1,260 days. References: Daniel 12 tells us from the day the daily sacrifices are taken away there will be 1,290 days. The information in Daniel is consistent with this passage
2 Witnesses – clothed in sackcloth (message of repentance and judgment), killed by the Beast, raptured 3 1/2 days in the presence of enemies, referred to as 2 olive trees (Law and Prophets) and 2 candlesticks (7 churches referred to as candlesticks). The 2 Prophets have power to shut up the heavens and strike the earth with all manner of plagues as often as they want. References: One of the witnesses or prophets could be Moses and the other Elijah because both performed similar Old Testament miracles (Exodus and Kings). It is interesting at the transfiguration, Moses and Elijah appeared to them, talking with the Lord (Mat 17:3). It is interesting that Satan disputed with Michael about the body of Moses in Jude. And if you are willing to receive it, he is Elijah who is to come. (Mat 11:14). Speaking about John the Baptist, he will go before Him in the spirit and power of Elijah (Luke 1:17). They asked John are you then Elijah or the prophet, John said no (John 1).
The Beast that ascends out of the bottomless pit will kill the 2 witnesses, this will happen in Sodom and Egypt, where the Lord was crucified (Jerusalem). Revival in Jerusalem occurs after the witnesses ascension due to an earthquake which kills 7,000. References: The 3 1/2 years of witnesses preaching, their signs and wonders and this earthquake brings repentance. Then fear came upon every soul and many wonders and signs were done through the apostles (Acts 2:43).
7th Angel sounded – kingdom of this world becomes kingdom of Christ, the temple of God is opened, extensive judgment comes down. References: And He will send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet and they will gather together His elect from the four corners of the earth (Mat 24:31). Then two men will be in the field, one will be taken and the other left. Two women will be grinding at the mill (Mat 24:40). For the Lord himself will descend with the voice of Archangel and trumpet of God (1 The 4:16). We shall be changed in moment in twinkling of eye at the last trumpet (1 Cor 15:51).
Chapter 12 Insights
Great sign – woman clothed with moon, sun under foot, 12 stars and with Child. References: This is the Jewish nation bringing forth the Messiah. Joseph’s dream in Genesis interprets the woman as the nation Israel (Gen 37:9). Behold the virgin shall be with child, and bare a Son, and they shall call His name Immanuel, God with us (Mat 1:23).
Great sign – dragon with 7 heads and 10 horns. Reference: Revelation 17 indicates 5 of the heads have fallen, 1 is, and the 1 to come who will be the ultimate blasphemer who continues for a short time (42 months Revelation 11), the 8th is a high ranking demon and will be of the 7), 10 crowns are 10 kings (Dan 7:24). And the Lord God said to the woman, have you eaten from the tree which I commanded you not to eat. The woman said, the serpent deceived me and I ate (Gen 3:13). Then the serpent said to the woman, you will not surely die. for God knows that in the day you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil (Gen 3:4-5).
Dragon – his tail drew a third of the stars to earth, fallen angels and demons. Some are locked up and some are allowed to roam. The dragon persecutes the woman who fled to safety for 1,260 days.
Dragon stood to devour Child. References: Herod ordered the male kids from 2 years and under be killed trying to destroy baby Jesus Mat 2:16).
War in Heaven – Michael and his angels fight against the Dragon and his angels, the Dragon is no longer given access to heaven to accuse us. References: At that time Michael will stand up (Dan 12:1). Satan has access to the throne (Job 2:1) and does not come to worship but to accuse.
Now salvation and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of His Christ have come. References: But deliver us from the evil one. For yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen (Mat 6:13)
They overcome him by blood of lamb, word of their testimony, and doesn’t love this life until death. Blood of Lamb (no other payment for sin), Testimony (confess with mouth and lifestyle) and do not love this Life (don’t love this world at all). References: And if you do not do well, sin lies at the door, its desire is for you, but you should rule over it (Gen 4:7). Whoever confesses Me before men, him I will also confess before My Father who is in heaven (Mat 10:32). And you will be hated by all for My name’s sake but he who endures to the end will be saved (Mat 10:22). But we believe that through the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ we shall be saved in the same manner as they (Acts 15:11). If we walk in the light, just as He is in the light, we have fellowship and His blood cleanses us from sin (1 John 1:7). Being confident of this very thing, that He who begun a good work in you will complete it until day of Christ (Phil 1:6). For me to live is Christ, and to die is gain (Phil 1:21). Having disarmed principalities and powers, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them (Col 2:15).
Woman persecuted – Dragon will persecute Jewish nation and all Christ followers, help will be given as 2 wings to escape. References: And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your seed and her Seed. He shall bruise your head and you shall bruise His heel. (Gen 3:15).
Flood from the Dragon’s mouth, which probably means armies of men and demons attacking, will be swallowed up by earth. This could possible refer to some type of major earthquake. References: For then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the world nor ever shall be (Mat 24:21). And the rest seized His servants, treated them spitefully, and killed them. But when the King heard about it he was furious (Mat 22:6). But the boat was in the middle of the sea, tossed by the waves, for the wind was contrary (Mat 14:24). But when they deliver you up, do not worry about how or what you should speak. For it will be given (Mat 10:19). Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness’ sake for theirs is the kingdom of heaven (Mat 5:10). Be sober, be vigilant; your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour (1 Pet 5:8).
Chapter 13 Insights
Beast rising from sea – Attributes of leopard, bear, lion, 7 heads and 10 horns. The dragon gave him power. This is the culmination of mankind’s kingdom. Insights: On 11/10/2018, I was given a dream where the man/demon in the dream told me the Antichrist is rising soon. References: Dan 7 dreams of 4 beast (Lion, Bear, Leopard, Iron Teeth & 10 horns (Babylon, Persia, Greece, Rome). For false Christs and false prophets will rise and show great signs and wonders to deceive many (Mat 24:24). And whoever exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted (Mat 23:12). The Spirit of Antichrist has always been in the world as the Serpent deceived Eve. This deception will culminate into this person (1 John, 2:18). According to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit who now works in the sons of disobedience (Eph 2:2). Unless the falling away comes first, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition (2 The 2:3). When you see the abomination of desolation spoken of by Daniel the prophet standing in holy place (Mat 24:15).
One head wounded with a death stroke and healed probably means a literal resurrection leading to worldwide worship. References: For false Christs and false prophets will rise and show great signs and wonders to deceive many (Mat 24:24).
It was given to him to make war with saints and to overcome them. This refers to our physical bodies because Revelation 12:11 says how we eternally overcome. References: For I will show him how many things he must suffer for My name’s sake (Acts 9:16).
If we kill with the sword, we will be killed by the sword, therefore patience is called for at this time. There will be a time when we must become a martyr. References: Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak (Mat 26:41). And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold but he who endures (Mat 24:12). Behold I send you out as sheep among wolves, therefore be wise as serpents and harmless as doves (Mat 10:16). For it has been granted not only to believe in Christ, but also to suffer for His sake (Phil 1:29). And He said to me, My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness (2 Cor 12:9). Therefore humble yourselves casting all your cares on Him for He cares for you (1 Pet 5:6). Count it all joy when you fall into various trials, knowing the testing of your faith produces patience (Jam 1:2). For we walk by faith not by sight (2 Cor 5:7).
Beast rising from earth – 2 horns like a lamb but speaks as a Dragon. Insights: The prophet Daniel was not given insight into this beast but now it’s time to be revealed. The Spirit of God gives prophecy when applicable. In my 11/10/2018 dream, it was revealed that the Catholic church would propel the Antichrist to power. References: Beware of men who come to you in sheep’s clothing but inwardly are ravenous wolves, know them by their fruit or lifestyle (Mat 7).
Signs – he makes fire come down from heaven in the sight of men. These miracles are performed to lead the world into worship of the Beast. References: When Elijah challenged the prophets of Baal, he made fire come down and consume the sacrifice but the false prophets could not. It appears at this time the Lord will allow this miracle by false prophets (1 Kings). Hypocrites, you know how to discern the face of the sky, but cannot discern the signs of the times (Mat 16:3). For I know that after my departure savage wolves will come in among you, not sparing the flock (Acts 20:29). For false prophets shall arise and show great signs and wonders so if possible, elect will be deceived (Mat 24). For this reason God will send them a strong delusion that they might believe the lie (2 The 2). Beloved, do not believe every spirit, because many false prophets have gone out into the world (1 John 4:1).
Image of beast – he will give life to the image and cause anyone who will not worship to die. References: Away with you Satan! For it is written, you shall worship the Lord your God and only serve Him (Mat 4:10). He seeks worldwide worship, in Daniel, King Nebuchadnezzar setup an image seeking worldwide worship that was 60 cubits tall and 6 cubits wide. It is interesting how his image was multiples of 6 as well as the mark. The 1st commandment is you shall have no other Gods and worship God alone (Exodus 22).
Mark of beast – 666, a mark on or in the right hand or forehead and without it you can’t buy or sell. Insights: I interpret this as a physical device or something on your body that without it, your financial transaction will not go through. References: Therefore submit yourselves to every ordinance of man (1 Pet 2:13). However, at this point, we must resist the government. But Peter and the other apostles answered and said, we ought to obey God rather than men (Acts 5:29).
Chapter 14 Insights
Lamb and 144,000 – These were killed by the Beast because he had power to overcome the saints. Now they rejoice in heaven with the Lord singing before the throne. These are among the first fruits of the Lord. You can think of the Gentiles as later fruit. However, we all Jew or Gentile must bring forth fruit. References: He who abides in me will bear much fruit (John 15:5).
1st Angel flying in heaven – proclaiming the gospel and warning of eminent judgment and to worship God. This is the Lord giving more time because there will still be people on earth who have not received mark of beast. References: For God is long suffering not willing that any should perish but all would come to repentance (2 Pet 3:15).
2nd Angel flying – proclaiming fallen, fallen, fallen is Babylon the great that corrupted all nations. This speaks of the worldwide influence of the Kingdom of Darkness.
3rd Angel proclaiming – if anyone receives the mark of the beast, there is no rest and they will be tormented day and night. This calls for the patience of the saints. I interpret as you cannot be saved if you receive the mark and torment is eternal. These shall be punished with everlasting destruction and the smoke of their torment rises forever and ever. References: Some will rise to everlasting life and some to everlasting shame and contempt (Dan 12:2). And these shall go off into eternal life and these into eternal punishment (Mat 25:46).
One like the Son of Man refers to the Lord on the white cloud – A crown on the head and sickle in the hand refers to authority and the right to judge. References: For as the lightning comes from east to west, also will the coming of Son of Man be. Wherever the carcass is, there the eagles will be gathered (Mat 24:27). At the end I will send out my Angels (Mat 24:31).
The winepress was trodden without the city. Insights: Probably references an area outside of Jerusalem, however judgment at this time has a worldwide impact. There is massive blood flow up to the horse’s bridle for 1,200 furlongs. This is approximately 150 miles. Just think about the amount of blood it would take to fill a river up to the horse’s bridle over this distance.
Chapter 15 Insights
Sea of glass mingled with fire – those who came out of the great tribulation are praising the Lord, while joining the earlier martyred souls under altar revealed in the 5th Seal. The temple of the tabernacle of the testimony in heaven opened – In heaven our Lord’s blood testifies of grace and judgment simultaneously. Out of the temple comes 7 Angels clothed in pure white linen and breast covered with golden girdles. One of the 4 living creatures gives 7 angels 7 bowls that complete God’s wrath. No one can enter the temple until bowl judgments (7 plagues) are finished. Insights: I like to think the Lord’s heart is breaking but judgment must happen. As in the days of Noah so shall it be at end. The world is given over to Satanic worship, ultimate form of rebellion. This entire scene speaks of an orderly judgment which must occur. References: Remember the 10 plagues of Egypt during the captivity of Israel in the book of Exodus.
Chapter 16 Insights
1st Bowl poured out – a noisome and grievous sore upon men with mark of beast. Insights: Somehow the body is rejecting the mark of the beast technology. This is another reason I believe the mark will be physical rather than symbolic.
2nd Bowl poured out – this is released in the sea or salt water, which becomes like blood and everything in sea dead.
3rd Bowl poured out – this is released on the rivers or fresh water, which becomes like blood. They poured out the blood of the saints so they get blood to drink.
4th Bowl poured out – this is released on the sun and men are scorched with great heat and they blaspheme God. Insights: By this time the ozone layer provides no protection from the sun. Probably a combination of man screwing up the environment through technology, nuclear war and God’s direct intervention.
5th Bowl poured out – this released on the throne of the beast and they gnawed their tongues, blasphemed God and did not repent. Satan and the Beast influence is worldwide but he will have a headquarters somewhere in the Middle East, which I suspect might be Jerusalem. References: He sets himself up in the temple of God proclaiming that he is God (2 The).
6th Bowl poured out – this is released on the great river Euphrates to prepare the way of the kings from east. When we look east of Jerusalem, we get the nations of China, Japan and Korea.
3 unclean spirits out of the mouth of the Dragon, the Beast and the False Prophet. I like to refer to these 3 as the Unholy Trinity. They are spirits of demons to deceive people. References: But even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those perishing, whose minds the god of this age has blinded (2 Cor 4:3).
Behold I come as a thief, watch so you are not caught off guard. References: Brothers, you are not in darkness that this day should overtake you as a thief (1 The 5:4).
They are gathered in a place called Armageddon or the Valley of Megiddo, which is located in the Middle East.
7th Bowl poured out in air – loud voice from temple saying it is finished, great judgment and mighty earthquake like never before.
The Great City divided into three parts could be a reference to Jerusalem or the entire world. The cities of the nations fell, Babylon the great is judged and men blaspheme God. Insights: This could be the earthquake mentioned in Zechariah 14 when the Lord returns and touches his feet on mountain of olives. At this point, the judgments are completed (7 seals, 7 trumpets, 7 bowls). Everything left are the effects of the physical judgment, the Lord’s physical return to the earth, saints rewarded, the millennial reign, great white throne judgment and recreation of the universe.
Chapter 17 Insights
Great Harlot Mystery – This is the judgment of the great harlot who sits upon many waters or people. References: We are of God but we know the whole world lies under the power of the wicked one. (1 John 5:19). Do you not know that to whoever you present yourself to then that is who you belong to, whether to obedience leading to life or disobedience leading to death (Rom 6:16).
The Kings of the earth and they that dwell in the world have committed fornication with the Harlot speaks of us having an intimate relationship with the world so close it’s like having sex. Insights: Those that crave the world’s power, sex, fame, knowledge, etc. References: So when the woman saw that the tree was good for food (lust of flesh), that it was pleasant to the eye (lust of eyes), and a tree desirable to make one wise (pride of life), she took of its fruit and ate (Gen 3:6). John indicates all that is in the world is lust of flesh, lust of eyes, and pride of life (1 John 2:16).
Woman sitting on scarlet colored beast having 7 heads and 10 horns, fine clothing, precious stones and pearls refers to materialism. References: But seek first the kingdom of God and all these things will be added to you (Mat 6:33).
Woman had in her hand a golden cup full of abominations and forehead named” Mystery Babylon the Great, The Mother of Harlots and Abominations of the Earth. Insights: Eve was the mother of all living, she is the mother of all sin. References: For the mystery of iniquity is already at work (2 The 2:7)
Woman drunk with the blood of the saints and martyrs of Jesus. She is having a party with the saint’s blood but the party is over! References: Moses chose the reproaches rather than enjoy the pleasures of sin for a season (Heb 11:25).
Mystery of beast carrying the woman – 7 heads and 10 horns, the beast that was, and is not, and is about to come up out of abyss and go into perdition. Insights: The Beast is the culmination of Satan’s and mankind’s demonic rebellion throughout time. The 7 heads represent the leaders throughout time, 5 have fallen, one is and the other is not yet come, and when he does he must continue a short while. In fact the Beast ultimate reign is only for 42 months. References: Satan has been ruling since the garden as Paul says he is the god of this world (2 Cor 4:4). All these things, speaking of kingdoms, I will give you because they have been delivered to me and I give them to whoever I want to (Luke 4:6). Jesus promises us material things, power over sin and internal peace but only as we seek him (Mat 6:33)
The beast himself is an 8th and is of the 7 and he goes into perdition (Satan, Beast, False Prophet combination). References: The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all lying wonders (2 The 2:9).
Beast will be a human (7 kings, 5 fallen, 1 is) and demon combination (he ascends from bottomless bit), probably with some AI mixed in, 10 horns are 10 kings who receive power 1 hour along with beast (same 10 toes in Daniel 2:41, man’s last kingdom).
Waters where woman sits are peoples, multitudes, nations, and tongues (worldwide influence), References: You know that the rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them, those who are exercise great authority over them (Mat 20:25).
10 horns shall hate the harlot, eat her flesh, burn her with fire. The Antichrist kingdom eventually hates all vestiges of religion. God puts in their heart to perform this and give their kingdom to the beast until his words are complete.
Woman is the great city reigning over the kings of the earth. Insights: The woman’s ultimate authority comes from the Kingdom of Darkness and the ruler over that Kingdom is Satan. References: If Satan is divided against himself then how will his kingdom stand (Mat 12).
Chapter 18 Insights
Great Harlot Judgment – mighty angel pronouncing judgment on Babylon the great because at this time the earth is overrun with demons and unclean spirits.
Final warning – voice says come forth, my people, out of her. This is a final warning to come out of the world and serve the Lord. It appears at this point, some people have not received the mark of beast and can still be saved. References: Then the Lord God called to Adam and said to him, Where are you? I heard your voice and was afraid (Gen 3:9). And at midnight a cry was heard, behold the bridegroom is coming go out to meet him! (Mat 25:6). For as in the days of Noah, they were eating and drinking, marrying until the day Noah entered ark (Mat 24:38). It is written, My house shall be called a house of prayer, but you have made it a den of thieves (Mat 21:13). And the king was sorry, nevertheless because of oaths and those who sat with him, he commanded (Mat 14:9). But whoever denies Me before men, him I will also deny before My Father who is in heaven (Mat 10:33). Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction and many are on it. Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it (Mat 7:13). And she will bring forth a Son, and you shall call His name Jesus, He will save his people from sins (Mat 1:21). I have coveted no one’s silver or gold or apparel, these hands provided for my needs (Acts 20:33). In the hope that they might grope for Him and find Him, though He is not far from each one of us (Acts 17:27). So they said, believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved, you and your household (Acts 16:31). And with many other words he testified to them saying, be saved from this perverse generation (Acts 2:40). Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers for what fellowship has light with darkness (2 Cor 6:14). Come out from among them and be separate, says the Lord. Touch not the unclean and I will receive you (2 Cor 6:17). For God so loved the world, that He gave is only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him (John 3:16). Who desires all men to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth (2 Tim 2:4). But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us (Eph 2:4). Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth, for you died and your life is hidden in Christ (Col 3:2). They went out from us, but they were not all of us, if they had been, then they would have continued with us (1 John 2:19). Among those who perish because they did not receive the love of the truth, for this reason God sends them strong delusion (2 The 2:10). For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those according to the spirit (Rom 8:5).
Double unto her even as she rendered to you. References: If your right eye offend you pluck it out or hate sin (Mat 5:28). And if you do not do well, sin lies at the door. And its desire is for you, but you should rule over it (Gen 4:7). I was formerly a blasphemer, a persecutor, and an insolent man but I obtained mercy (1 Tim 1:12). She or Babylon is boasting that judgment will not come. Where is the promise of his coming for since the fathers fell asleep, all things remain the same (2 Pet 3).
Therefore in one day, death, mourning and famine, comes and she is burned with fire. References: On the day Noah entered the ark God’s judgment came (Gen 6-9). Living in the material world of Babylon will lead to ruin. What does it profit a man if he gains the whole world and loses his own soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul? (Mat 16:26). For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out (1 Tim 6:7).
For by the wine of the wrath of her fornication all nations waxed rich is a picture of friendship and partying with the world. Saints rejoicing over her destruction. Insights: We do not rejoice now at the destruction of the wicked but we will then. This is a full description of how materialism, sexual immorality as well as loving the world will ultimately cost our soul. The Lord is saying for you to stop buying from the world, which is another way of saying stop investing all your time, talents and energy into things that are not of God. References: Think of this as you drinking from a fountain or well which will not satisfy as opposed to drinking of the the Holy Spirit (John 4). Adulterers and adulteresses! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God (Jam 4:4). We are partakers of the divine nature, having escaped corruption that is in the world through lust (2 Pet 1:4).
For in one hour such great riches has come to nothing. References: For what shall a man give in exchange for his soul (Mark 8:37). Then was fulfilled what was spoken by Jeremiah the prophet, saying, and they took the 30 pieces of silver the value of Him who was priced, whom they of the children of Israel priced, and gave them for the potter’s field, as the Lord directed me. (Mat 27:9,10).
And in her was found the blood of prophets and saints, all that have been slain on earth. Insights: This verse confirms that Mystery Babylon goes back to the Garden of Eden.
Chapter 19 Insights
Hallelujah praise – mighty praise taking place for God executing judgment on the great harlot, which are unbelieving mankind and demons
Smoke rises forever and ever – eternal judgment. References: These will go off into eternal joy and those into eternal sorrow (Mathew 25). Some will rise to eternal joy and others to eternal sorrow and contempt (Dan 12).
Marriage supper of Lamb – wife has made herself ready, clothed with fine linen which are the righteous acts of the saints, marriage supper takes place after 7 seals and trumpet judgments over. Insights: Remember back when the 5th seal opened how martyrs were told to wait until the number of their brethren were killed. It appears that many believers will definitely be on earth until after these judgments are completed. The Laodicean (lukewarm) church has to be purified.
These are true words of God – John gets caught up in awe of moment and falls to worship the angel (angel corrects quick!) References: You shall worship the Lord your God and serve him only (Mat 4:10)
Worship God for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy (whatever Jesus speaks will last forever.) Heaven and earth will pass away but my words will never pass away (Mat 24:25).
Heaven open and rider on white horse – the Lord is called Faithful and True. References: If we are not faithful, he remains faithful for he cannot deny himself (2 Tim 2:13). Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth mourn (Mat 24:30). I am the way, the truth and the life, no one come to Father but by me (John 14:6).
He was clothed with a rob dipped in blood, and His name is The Word of God. References: I put You under oath by the living God, tell us if You are the Christ, the Son of God (Mat 26:63). In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God (John 1). He has trodden the wine press alone and their blood shall be sprinkled upon my garments (Isa 63:1-3).
Out of mouth of Lord – a sharp two-edged sword. References: The word of God is sharper than two-edged sword, piercing even between spirit and soul, marrow and bones and discerner of thoughts and intentions and there is no place we can hide from His gaze! (Heb 4:22)
King of Kings and Lord of Lords – name written on the Lord’s thigh, no doubt this is King Jesus. References: Now Jesus stood before the governor, he asked him, are You the King of the Jews? (Mat 27:11).
Faithful and Truth – these are names of the Lord. References: Now the chief priests, the elders, and all the council sought false testimony against Jesus to put Him to death, but found none (Mat 26:59). I am the way, the truth, and the life, no one comes to Father but by Me (John 14:6). If we deny Him, He also will deny us, if we are faithless, He remains faithful, (2 Tim 2:12). For what if some did not believe? Will their unbelief make the faithfulness of God of no effect (Rom 3:3).
Great Supper of God – all the birds are summoned to eat the flesh of those opposing the Lord, Beast and Kings of earth gathered against the Lord. They are so deceived that they are going to fight the Lord. Insights: They probably believe the Lord is an alien race trying to take over the earth (Ironically, this is correct). References: Whom the Lord will consume with breath of His mouth and brightness of His coming (2 The 2:7). This could be the same battle spoken of in Ezekiel 38 and 39.
Beast and False prophet – taken and cast alive into the lake of fire. References: What have we to do with you Jesus, have you come to torment us before the time? (Mat 8:29)
Rest with Beast – killed with sword from Lord’s mouth and birds eat their flesh, just massive blood bath! References: The word I speak to you will judge you in the end (John 12:48).
Chapter 20 Insights
Satan is bound – an angel (probably Michael) having great chain grabs the Devil and bounds him for 1,000 years. He is bound so he cannot deceive nations any longer. Insights: Interesting, it does not mention other demons being bound. However, the Beast and false Prophet are already in the lake of fire, so other demons have limited leadership.
Thrones – I saw thrones and they sat upon them. References: I say to you in the regeneration, you will sit on 12 thrones and judge (Mat 19:48).
1st Resurrection – notice the rest of the dead did not live until the 1,000 years should be finished (left in hell until final judgment). References: And the graves were opened and many bodies of the saints who had fallen asleep were raised and coming out of graves after His resurrection, they went into the holy city and appeared to many (Mat 27:53). Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn (Mat 24:30).
Blessed are those who partake of the 1st resurrection, the 2nd death has no power means they will not be hurt by the 2nd death. Overcomers shall be priest of God and reign with him a 1,000 years. References: You shall be a pillar in the temple of my God (Rev 3:12). Each year any nation who does not come up to worship the Lord has no rain (Zec 14).
Satan is loosed – will deceive the nations from four corners of earth (God and Magog) and gather them whose number is as sand of sea. They went out over breadth of earth (massive army) and compassed the camp of the saints and beloved city (Jerusalem). Insights: Satan will convince them that aliens have invaded the earth and the world nations must band together to retake earth. References: The nations will already be upset as the Lord is judging them with no rain for not coming up to worship (Zec 14).
Fire from heaven devoured them – no one can stand against God’s holy fire (this final battle appears swift)
Satan, Beast and False Prophet end up in lake of fire and will be tormented day and night. References: Mercy will not be given for those who show no mercy James 2:13). At the name of Jesus every knee will bow in heaven, earth, and under earth and confess (Phil 2:10).
Great white throne judgment – dead, small and great standing before God. Insights: Notice how the Bible refers to these souls as dead and yet they are existing before the throne of God in judgment. My friends, if you are not in a born again state then you are currently dead in your trespasses and sins but definitely existing. My friends, there is no such thing as souls being annihilated or going out of existence. References: The son of man goes but woe to that man by which he does, it would have been better for that man if he was never born (Mat 26:24). Heaven and earth will pass away but my words will never (Mat 24:35). All the nations will be gathered before Him, He separates them one from another as sheep or goats (Mat 25:32). So he said to him, Friend how did you come in here without a wedding garment? And he was speechless, bind him hand and foot and cast him into outer darkness, there will be weeping and gnashing teeth (Mat 22:12). He will judge the world in righteousness by the Man whom He has ordained and has given assurance by raising him (Acts 17:31). There is coming a time when everyone in the grave will hear my voice, those who have done good to everlasting life, those who have done evil to everlasting shame and contempt (John 5:28). Some will rise to eternal joy and happiness, others eternal sorrow and contempt (Dan 12:2).
Books are opened. References: I tell you in the day of judgment mankind will give account for every idle word spoken (Mat 12:36). For we must all appear before judgment seat of Christ, that each may receive what done in body (2 Cor 5:10). So then, each of us shall give account of himself to God (Rom 14:13). They will give an account to Him who is ready to judge the living and the dead (1 Pet 4:5). The Lord comes with his saints, to judge harsh things which ungodly sinners have spoken (Jude 15). Insights: I believe everyone’s name is written here until the Lord blots it out after their final rejection of His grace and writes that person’s name on the “Walls of Hell”. This is my understanding according to the dream on Apr 2017.
Dead are judged according to what is written in the books, their works. There is no pleading at this point. Death and Hades cast into lake of fire – eternal place of punishment that will hold all sin, death, disobedience. References: Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men (2 Cor 5:11).
2nd Death – the lake of fire is the 2nd death, and anyone not found in book of life, cast into lake of fire. References: Depart from Me, you cursed into the everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels (Mat 25:41). It is better for you to enter into life lame rather having hands and feet, then cast into everlasting fire (Mat 18:8). Whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit, it will not be forgiven him, either in this age or age to come (Mat 12:32). He will thoroughly clean out His threshing floor, gather wheat; burn chaff with unquenchable fire (Mat 3:12). As I live says the Lord, I take no pleasure in the destruction of the wicked, turn and live (Eze 33:11). These are clouds without water, late autumn trees without fruit, twice dead, reserved for darkness forever Jude 12).
Chapter 21 Insights
New Heaven and New Earth – there was no more sea which I believe speaks of no place on earth we cannot experience. References: In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. (Gen 1:1). For as the new heaven and new earth I create remains before me, so shall your descendants (Isaiah 66:22). Come you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from foundation of the world (Mat 25:34). Nevertheless we, according to His promise, look for new heavens and a new earth (2 Pet 3:13). For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal (2 Cor 4:18). Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation, old things are passed away, behold all things new (2 Cor 5:17). God, who gives life to the dead and calls those things which do not exist as though they did (Rom 4:16).
Holy City is New Jerusalem – coming down out of heaven made ready as a bride. References: I go away and prepare a place for you (John 14:1). For if what is passing away was glorious, what remains is much more glorious (2 Cor 3:11).
Tabernacle of God with men – Thank you Lord for desiring fellowship. References: Then the man heard the voice of God as He came walking in the cool of the day looking for the man (Gen 3:8). That in the ages to come He might show the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness toward us in Christ (Eph 2:7).
No more death, mourning, crying for the Lord will wipe away ever tear as we will have some Lord for those who did not make it. References: Who delivered us from so great a death, and does deliver us; in whom we trust that he will deliver us (2 Cor 1:10).
It is finished – I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End and will give unto him who thirst the fountain of living water. References: He said to the woman at the well, if you drink this water, you will thirst again, but will never thirst if you drink the water, I give, it will become in you a well of living water (John 4:7).
He that overcomes shall inherit all things, and I will be his God and he shall be my son. References: If you do well will not you be accepted, but if not sin lies at your door but you must master it (Gen 4:7). They overcame him by the blood of lamb, word of their testimony, and loved not their life (Rev 12:11).
But the fearful – References: we have not been given spirit of fear, but love, power and sound mind (2 Tim 1:7),
Unbelieving – References: we see they could not enter because of unbelief (Heb 3:19)
Abominable – References: disobedience is as witchcraft (1 Sam 15)
Murderers – References: if you hate someone in your heart, you have murdered (Mat 5:21)
Fornicators – References: all sexual immorality, any sex, porn, etc. outside of God’s definition of marriage (Mat 5:28)
Sorcerers – References: drug use, seeking spiritual guidance not through the Lord (De 18:10)
Idolaters – References: loving anything more than the Lord (Mat 10:37)
All Liars – References: any form of deception (John 8:44) Have their part in lake of fire which is the 2nd death. My understanding is they have their part or continue to exist here, as the Lord does not say their part will ever end.
Bride, the wife of Lamb – the angel showed John the holy city Jerusalem coming down out of heaven having the glory of God. It appears the church and new Jerusalem are inseparable.
Holy City characteristics – wall great and high with 12 gates and at the gates 12 angels, and names of 12 tribes of children of Israel. References: For those of you who have faith are blessed along with faithful Abraham. (Gal 3:7).
3 Gates on east, north, south, west – each gate could represent a member of the Godhead
12 foundations – the walls had these and on them was named 12 apostles of Lamb. References: Built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ being the chief cornerstone (Eph 2:20).
Length, breadth, height are equal to 12,000 furlongs, 1 furlong = .125 miles, so city about 1,500 miles wide, long, and high. References: John’s description is similar to Ezekiel’s city. On the north side measuring four thousand cubits (Eze 48:30-35).
Thickness of walls 144 cubits, I believe 1 cubit = 1.5 feet, so wall about 216 feet thick. Wall is jasper, city is pure gold, like transparent glass. References: But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord (2 Cor 3:18).
12 Gates to the city and each gate a single pearl. I believe this is where we get the saying, “Saint Peter is standing at the pearly gates”.
Street is pure gold, like transparent glass. The Lord will allow us to walk on streets of gold, that is so coveted down here. There shall no one enter that causes an abomination or lie, but only those written in Lambs Book of Life. References: Then the righteous shall shine forth like the stars for ever and ever (Dan 12:3).
No Temple in City – there is no need of temple for Lord God Almighty and the Lamb (God’s sacrifice) are its temple. Insights: At this point, all Scripture will be fulfilled and we will always be one in essence and purpose with God, the church and the reminder of his creation. References: Father I pray that they may be one even as we are one. (John 17:21). Do you not know that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Cor 6:19). Now we know in part, but then we shall know even as we are known (1 Cor 13).
Chapter 22 Insights
Pure Water of Life (Holy Spirit) from the throne of God (Father) and of the Lamb (Son’s sacrifice on display forever). References: If you drink of this water, you will thirst again, but if you drink of water I give, you will never thirst again it will become a fountain of water springing up into eternal life (John 4:14).
Tree of Life yielding fruit every month for the healing of nations. Access is returned to tree of life that was removed in Genesis. References: And now, lest he put out his hand and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live forever (Gen 3:22). The tree of life was also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. (Gen 2:9). And the earth brought forth grass, the herb that yields seed according to its kind, and the tree that yields fruit, whose seed is in itself according to its kind. And God saw that it was good. (Gen 1:12).
Do not seal the words of the prophecy of this book, for the time is at hand. References: Seal up the vision for it refers to many days (Dan 8:26). Go your way Daniel for the words are hidden until the end (Dan 12).
Behold, I am coming quickly and my reward is with me to give everyone according to his work. References: For the Son of Man will come in the glory of His Father with His angels then He will reward each accordingly (Mat 16:27). Who will render to each one according to his deeds: eternal life or indignation and wrath (Rom 2:6). Vengeance is Mine, I will repay says the Lord, therefore if your enemy is hungry, feed him; (Rom 12:19). And this is the promise that He has promised us eternal life (1 John 2: 25). Let no one cheat you out of your reward, taking delight in false humility and worship of angels (Col 2:18). Go into all the world and make disciples, baptizing in name of Father, Son and Holy Spirit (Mat 28:18)
To him who is unjust let him me unjust still. References: Keep on hearing, but do not understand; Keep on seeing, but do not perceive (Isa 6:9).
Blessed are those who do His commandants that they have right to tree of life. References: But in every nation whoever fears Him and works righteousness is accepted by Him (Acts 10:35). For the promise is to you and your children and to all who are afar off, as many as the Lord our God will call (Acts 2:39).
Outside are dogs, sorcerers, sexually immoral, liars, cowards. References: And I was afraid and went and hid my talent in the ground. Look, there you have what is yours. Wicked (Mat 25:25). Afterward the other virgins came saying Lord open to us! But he said, Assuredly I say to you, I do not know you (Mat 25:11). But Peter said, Ananias why has Satan filled your heart to lie to the Holy Spirit, you have not lied to man but God (Acts 5:3). Then Peter said to her, how is it that you have agreed together to test the Spirit of the Lord? (Acts 5:9). Beware of dogs, beware of evil workers, beware of the mutilation! (Phil 3:2).
I Jesus have sent my angel to testify to you the things in the churches, I am the Root and Offspring of David (Son of Man) and bright and Morning Star (Son of God). References: Where is He who is born King of the Jews? For we have seen His star in the East and come to worship Him (Mat 2:2).
If anyone takes away from this book, God shall take away his part from the “Book of Life”, Insights: We all have a part in eternity, whether with the Lord in paradise or our part shall be in the lake of fire. References: For we are the aroma of Christ to God, to one a fragrance from death to death and another from life to life (2 Cor 2:15).
Spirit and Bride say come and let him who thirsts come. Whoever desires, let him take the water of life freely. References: So the last will be first, and the first last. For many are called but few chosen (Mat 20:16). Our Father in Heaven, hallowed be Thy name, Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven (Mat 6:9).
